We want you to love your lashes, brows and whole experience when you visit us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your results or any aspect of your service, please contact us within 3 business days so we can schedule an appointment fixing any issues or concerns. Our customer service is the most important thing to us! 

Please make sure you arrive on time to your scheduled appointment as each appointment is booked especially for you. If you are running late please let us know. However if you are late time may not permit for us to complete your full service which may need to be shortened or rescheduled to ensure we are running on time for our next client.

If for any reason you need to cancel or change your appointment, Please do so ASAP.

Failure to give us 24 hours notice of a cancellation will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

Appointment non attendance will result in a 100% cancellation fee and gift vouchers will be void.

A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking.
